HRAG was formed by a group of Headley residents towards the end of 2019 to raise awareness of the redevelopment plans for the heritage site of Headley Court located in the Green Belt in Surrey. Our aim is to have our community voice heard in influencing a proportionate and sustainable development that is in keeping with the rural setting of this historic location and respects our wildlife, the environment and the safety of our road users.

 

HRAG is opposed to overdevelopment.  This is defined as an amount of development (for example, the quantity of buildings or intensity of use) that is excessive in terms of demands on infrastructure and services, or impact on local amenity and character.
